–Delivery

The parties to this agreement are users of the complaint center (hereinafter referred to as “users”) and Binis Alpha ltd. from Serbia (hereinafter referred to as “Center9402”). Complaint Center (hereinafter referred to as “system”) – means a computer software program that uses Center9402 to allow users to log into the system and report transaction disagreements, product information for violations of our policy, etc. User – means any person (whether it is an individual or entity) that uses the reporting system or response to complaints.
This agreement includes all the rules that Center9402 published on the websites. All such rules form an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the basis of this Agreement contained in this document. When you use the system, the user promises to accept and respect all the rules. Center9402 reserves the right to supplement and amend this contract and all related rules in its discretion from time to time without notice of the user about the changes. If the user does not accept the relevant changes, it should stop using the system. After the release of the amended agreement, it becomes effective immediately. All related rules, which also form part of this agreement, published on all sites operated or owned by Binis Alpha will enter into force upon their publication. If a user logs on or continues to use the system, it is considered to have accepted the revised agreement. Unless otherwise explicitly specified, any new content that expands system coverage or improves its function is subject to this agreement.
The user should read this contract carefully before using the system.
